I noticed the little thingy at the top of the board...that replaces Check PM's with Check Holocrons (or whatever you want it to say) Well...That Code must be buggy, because I click 'Check Holocrons' --that works fine-- but, then a little thing appears that says ' New: 1' and you can click it. Well...I clicked it, and it froze my browser up (IE 6.0). (I tried this several times -- to be accurate -- and it froze up several times) ....I ended up having to go to the bottome of the page, (to the Info Center) to get to my PM's from there! ALSO....I have noticed that my browser has frozen (A LOT) while on your site. PERHAPS, you have buggy codes, or *too many* codes, or codes that are maliciously refusing to cooperate w/ each other, or maybe you have too much detail (images --i.e.Home,Help,Search,Members...), OR it COULD be just me...BUT I DOUBT IT Because this has NEVER happened to me on ANY other Forum. Sorry, for the use of the CAPITAL letters, but I wanted to make sure I got my point across (wanted to emphasize my point!) Hope this helps! Sincerely, Joshua C. And sense you all just moved. If you just copyed the codes from the other board...they will get buggey and not work on here. Proboards V4 (I think its 4) are different from V3 etc.

One Code I would SUGGEST, is the 'Advanced Warning System w/ Auto Expiration' Just go to the Code Database>>Code Index on Proboards Support ---- You just enter a Start date and End date for the warning, type in a reason like this: EXAMPLE: Reason: For repetitive profanity and sexual content <<END EXAMPLE>> click 'Apply' then, click Modify Profile...and a Warning will appear! Also..because there is an END date, it will AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRE...therefore, when the warning is over, you DO NOT have to MANUALLY delete it! Kool? God...I LOVE the Codes on Proboards Support (and from ...um..... socal.proboards26.com/index.cgi ) THEY ARE SOOOOOOOO GREAT!! (( codes from : solid snake designs (ssd) are pretty neat too!)) Just a recommendation. If you want to get an idea of the Codes that I have, just goto my site (listed in the Affiliation on bottom of page) and you should be able to see for yourself. (I also recommend, getting a FREE counter from Bravenet...because it shows LOTS of Statistical info. that i really like. --that's nice to know i.e. how many page views you get on a specific day....etc.....etc....) Ok...ENOUGH OF MY RAMBLING!!!!!! *Once you pop, you just can't stop* LoL sorry for RAMBLING sooooo much. I'm normally a Shy and Quiet person..but, right now, I really want to talk...for ....some .....reason. |
